SIPLACE F5 HM Einführung (Introduction)

Einführung

Allgemeines

Dieser Ersatzteilkatalog dient der Teile-

Identifizierung und Ersatzteil-Beschaffung für den

SMD-Bestückautomaten SIPLACE. Beachten Sie

hierzu bitte die Erläuterungen in den folgenden

Abschnitten.

Alle zum Austausch von Teilen notwendigen

Arbeiten dürfen nur von entsprechend

ausgebildetem und qualifiziertem Personal

durchgeführt werden. Besondere Beachtung gilt

dabei den Sicherheitsvorschriften.

Umweltbedingungen

• Der Arbeitsplatz muß zugfrei sein.

• Notwendige Arbeitsplatzbeleuchtung 750 - 1000

Lux.

• Der Arbeitsplatz ist sauber und frei von Ölen,

Fetten, Spänen und schädlichen Chemikalien zu

halten.

• Die Maschinentüren sollten nur, soweit zu Prüf-

und Testzwecken nötig, geöffnet werden und sind

sonst zur Entstörung und Vermeidung möglicher

Verschmutzung geschlossen zu halten.

• Bei notwendigen Demontagearbeiten ist

unbedingt darauf zu achten, daß eine

Verschmutzung von Motoren, Getrieben und

Gebern (Bero's) vermieden wird.

Introduction

General

This Spare Parts Catalog is intended both for the

identification and the procurement of spare parts

for the SMD Placement System SIPLACE. Please

also read carefully the information contained in the

following sections.

All work relating to the replacement of parts must

be carried out by adequately trained and qualified

personnel. In particular, it is important that all

relevant safety precautions be strictly observed.

Environmental conditions

• The working area must be free of all draughts.

• Working area lighting required: 750 - 1000 lux.

• The working area must be kept clean and free

from oil, grease, shavings and harmful chemicals.

• The doors of the machines should only be

opened when this is necessary for inspection and

testing purposes; otherwise they are to be kept

closed in order to prevent malfunctions and

possible contamination.

• When performing disassembly work it is manda-

tory to ensure that the motors, gearings and other

elements are not contaminated.
