1.Product Features

◆ The product has excellent flame retardant performance and passed UL certification, reaching

UL94V-0 level, and will not emit dense smoke or toxic gases during combustion.

◆ The product is a single component and has good extrudability in the temperature range of 4

℃ ~ + 40 ℃

◆ Excellent resistance to weather, UV, ozone and water

◆ Excellent high and low temperature resistance, little change in performance from -50 °C to

+200 °C

◆ The product has excellent adhesion, and forms a strong bond with most materials after curing

◆ The product is thermally conductive but non-conductive, with good thermal conductivity and

superior electrical insulation.

4.Methods of Use

（ 1 ） The sealant should be applied in an environment with a temperature of 4℃~ 40℃and a

relative humidity of 40%~80%.

（2）In order not to affect the bonding effect, all surfaces are recommended for degreasing and

decontamination, and to ensure clean and dry. Suitable solvents include isopropanol, acetone or

methyl ethyl ketone.

（3）Apply the sealant to the surface that has been pretreated and then quickly cover the other

side that needs to be bonded.

（4）When exposed to moisture, the sealant crusts within 10 to 20 minutes at room temperature

and 50% relative humidity. Apply a tool to scrape off excess sealant before the surface is crusted.

8.Matters Need Attention

Check the Material Safety Data Sheet(MSDS) before using the product.

Sealant products are not toxic after they are fully cured, but should avoid contact with eyes

before curing. If contact with eyes, rinse with plenty of water and consult a doctor.uncured

products should be kept out of contact with children. The product will release small molecular

substances during the curing process, and ventilation should be paid attention to in the
