requirements in terms of speed, flexibility and
accuracy.
Easy transport of large and wide boards
The SIPLACE X-Series S single-conveyor model
supports boards with dimensions of up to 850
mm x 685 mm. Additional available options
expand its spectrum even further.
Market-leading software tools included
For additional improvements in line productivity,
the innovative SIPLACE software suite provides
comprehensive solutions with modular tools for
SMT lines and production management as well as
for production scheduling and control.
Just three heads to cover all your needs
The SIPLACE SpeedStar,
as high speed Collect
& Place head, combines handling of smallest
component sizes as 0201 (metric) with extremely
high placement performance.
TECHNICAL DATA*
The SI PLACE MultiStar,
with its unique
combination of three different placement modes,
covers a very big component range and balances
the line perfectly.
The SI PLACE TwinStar,
as versatile Pick &
Place head, odd-shaped and high components
can even be placed with high force. Challenging
processes as “Snap In” or “Through Hole” are
integrated within the standard SMT placement.
Thanks to the unique features of all three
placement heads and their flexible combination
within the line, a high machine utilization is
reached regardless of the product range.
