8.01 Clean keyboard and keypad and check if they function well.
8.02 Check functioning of emergency circuit (hoods; emergency buttons; air pressure < bar).
8.03 Check main vacuum adjustment (0.8 - 0.95 bar).
8.04 Check air pressure adjustment (5.5 – 6.0 bar).
8.05 If necessary, let water and oil escape from the air system (3x) and clean air separators.
8.06 Check functioning of alarm lights and acoustic signal.
8.07 Check functioning of servo power push button and clean it.
8.08 Check functioning of ACM controller fans and clean them.
8.09 Check functioning of mains supply fans.
8.10 Exchange air filters of pneumatic and vacuum system.
8.11 Check and clean image of the monitors.
8.12 Check floppy disk drive
8.13 Make a system data back-up floppy disk for the customer.
