A setting parameter for mounting operation of the insertion parts has been added.
Additional parameter is as follows.
[Insert Length]
[Insert Length] is set as length included in [Body Size Z].
(See Fig. 2.1)
By setting [Insert Length], it becomes possible to mount insertion parts below the board
surface.
This parameter can be set separately to each of parts.
Set insertion length (mm) to [Parts] - [Mount] - [N:Insert Length].
(See Fig. 3.1)

Before this parameter was added, it was adjusted with [A: Mounting Height (mm)].
However, after this setting was added, [A: Mounting Height (mm)] means actual push amount.
By setting [Insert Length], it is possible to mout parts below the board surface.
(See Fig. 4.1)
When the insertion parts are mounted, the height of mounted parts above the board surface
(parts height) is calculated by subtracting [Insert Length] from [Body Size Z]. This value is used
as parts height before carry-in that is decided at line distribution by Optimization, or used at
interference check between mounted parts and picked parts.

Calculation of parts height is as follows.
1) On a machine with insertion parts unsupported, or no insertion parts are used on a
machine with insertion parts supported. ([Insert Length] = 0.000)
parts height = [Body Size Z]
2) Insertion parts are used on a machine with insertion parts supported.
([Insert Length] 0.000)
Parts height = [Body Size Z] [Insert Length]
