steel precision nozzles are ideal for uid dispensing
applications in the compact camera module (CCM),
LED, semiconductor, automotive electronics, and
high-precision industrial markets.
Machined for tight tolerances, the reusable
precision nozzles offer orice sizes from 100 to
500 μm for micro-deposit dispensing. For even ner
deposit sizes, the Optimum Ceramic MicroDot
™
tip
features a 50 μm orice diameter.
In addition, EFD precision nozzles can be
customized for your application with options such
as side nozzles, long-tapered nozzles, and shower
nozzles.
A special nozzle-stabilizing xture is available for
automated dispensing using a syringe and air-
powered dispenser. This xture holds the nozzle
in place, keeping it in a stable position so the
dispensing height is constant for barrel changeout.

Compatible with 702, 741MD, 752HF, 754V aseptic valves, and xQR41V.
Compatible with xed head auger valves only
Precision nozzles can be used without a retaining nut on 725D/DA, 741V, and 752V valves, or on a syringe.
