以下の条件を全て満たした場合、手動クリーニング後の運転再開時にスキージがア
タック角度にならずに下降し、マスクが破損する不具合がありました。
1.基板データの[印刷]-[クリーナ]-[時間管理]-[クリーニング方法]が「手動」
2.VmSpecの[マシンデータ]-[機械座標]-[3Sヘッド座標]-[スキージ退避位置]-
[SR(度)]を垂直（80.000付近）に変更する
3.スキージがアタック角度の状態でマシンをリセットする
4.クリーニングの設定時間が経過した後に基板搬入する
5.基板を搬入すると「Ea8637：クリーニング時間経過」が表示されるのでクリアする
6.手動クリーニング後、運転を再開する
※2.のVmSpecの値が工場出荷時の場合は、本不具合は発生しません。

重要不具合 YSP20 軸移動
[装置]-[スキージ]-[軸移動]で、以下の操作を行うとスキージとマスクが干渉する
不具合がありました。
1.SZ軸で、スキージをマスクと接触する程度まで下降させる
2.SR軸で、スキージを回転させる
※本不具合は、V3.46STDR4.000より前のマシンに対してバージョンアップを実施しても
対策されません。
以下の手順で、マシン設定の変更を行ってください。
1.[マシン設定]-[3Sヘッド座標]-[SR軸回転時高さ]の値を、A・Bテーブルとも
"35mm"に設定する
2.設定変更後、マシン設定を保存する
3.マシン設定の保存後、基板データを読み込み直す
