Machines, sensors, robots, AGVs ... - their data creates

transparency about the running processes. At the same time,

system components must be synchronized and supplied with

control data and process parameters. This communication is

a critical success factor and requires high-performance,

bidirectional interfaces.

With the modular ASM OIB (Operations Information Broker) you

can transfer all production-related data to where it's needed.

Only data that is being processed by the target application is being

transferred: e.g. SIPLACE and DEK traceability data, process

data, maintenance data, BE consumption data, etc. Its "Board

Gate Keeper" ensures reliable processes: Production does not

start until the materials have been verified and all process

parameters are correctly set.
