: Screw the drilling gauge to the outside of the extension kit underneath the cover
(Flex conveyor drilling template, HS-60/D4 (item no.: 03053716-xx).

: Use a power drill / cordless screwdriver and a metal drill bit (Ø 4.0 mm) to drill two holes
through the gauge and into the extension kit.

: Remove the drilling swarf on and around the drill holes using a vacuum cleaner, for example.
: Debur the drill holes using a Rose bit.

: Screw on all the four separating layers.

Drill holes
Separating layer:
the long side (3 screws) must always point downwards,
the vertical side (2 screws) must always be inside.

: Insert the new hexagonal shafts into the conveyor.
The shoulder always points to the motor side.
Use the holes in the opposite conveyor rails to insert the hexagonal shafts for the center belt.

: Push the conveyor rails inwards.

: Fasten the fixing blocks to the hexagonal shafts.
