Consistent ultra-high performance.
The SIPLACE HS features 4 vertical
placement heads that rotate around a
horizontal axis. The revolver heads
work alternately, allowing each PCB
to be populated without interruption.
Because the placement heads are
exceptionally light, the placement rate
of the SIPLACE HS is independent of
the size of the components being placed.
Therefore, whether you are placing
18.7 mm ICs, 0201s, flip chips, µBGAs
or CSPs, the placement rate of the
SIPLACE HS remains constant.
An innovative gantry system with a linear
motor drive enables the SIPLACE HS
to maintain an impressive accuracy:
at 90 µm at 4 sigma with a placement
rate of 50,000 cph. By adding modules,
overall throughput can be increased
to rates of 100,000 cph, 150,000 cph
or higher.
The SIPLACE HS is the powerhouse of the SIPLACE platform. With a place-
ment rate of 50,000 components per hour (cph), the SIPLACE HS is best in
class among very high-speed placement systems - and it achieves this with
a very small footprint of 7 m

to run and is especially useful when
bringing new products into production.
