以下の手順を実行した場合、次にステージ1に入ってきた基板と、U2軸コンベアが干渉
する場合がありました。
1.出口位置、ステージ1の基板を、手で下流へ移動させる
2.自動運転開始
※「Ea29670：コンベアインターロックエラー」にて停止するようにしました。
修正しました。

基板と干渉する可能性があった為、搬送要因のエラーが発生した場合はコンベアの待機
位置移動を実施しないようにしました。

具合がありました。
1.[アプリケーション設定]-[履歴]-[履歴詳細設定]が以下
1)[指定時間に履歴の出力を行う]チェックがオンで、[指定時間]が「0:00」
2)[履歴の合計制限サイズ]が「0MBytes」以外

※表示のみの不具合です。本来は「パス運転」と表示します。

自動運転中に、待機位置-印刷位置間又は、印刷位置-出口位置間で基板を検出した
場合、以下のエラーで停止せず基板テーブルと基板が干渉する場合がありました。
1.搬入コンベア側：「Ea8088：基板テーブル入口にて基板検出につき基板テーブル移動禁
止」
2.搬出コンベア側：「Ea8089：基板テーブル出口にて基板検出につき基板テーブル移動禁
止」
修正しました。

8 不具合 YSP 干渉
以下の手順を実行した場合、「Ea12951：不明な基板検出：待機位置から印刷位置」、又は
「Ea12952：不明な基板検出：印刷位置から出口位置」を表示せずに基板テーブルが移動
を開始し、基板と干渉する場合がありました。
1.[RESET]ボタンを押下
2.待機位置-印刷位置間、又は印刷位置-出口位置間に基板を置く
3.[START]ボタンを押下
修正しました。
