1 设备概述
1-1 设备概要
1-1-1 前言
JM-50 在降低成本的同时保持了 JM-100 的插入元件实装功能,该机型还提升了对元件供给装置以及
小型卡盘吸嘴的对应能力。
对应的元件供给装置有径向供料器、轴向供料器、料管供料器、矩阵托盘服务器等诸多种类可以根
据生产条件选择最佳的供给装置
JM-100 所采用的带上下一体驱动功能的并列 8 吸嘴贴片头的数量减少为 4 个,采用并列 4 吸嘴
片头,与 JM-100 同样从小型元件到大型元件无需更换贴片头,并且可以根据元件高度,以最短的贴
片头动作完成元件实装。
插入错误检测功能还可以防止珍贵的基板和元件遭受损坏。
