Description
The PARIO 5000 palletizing system is designed for handling
pallets. The trays stacked on pallets are delivered by pallet
truck or forklift truck and placed on a roller conveyor in front of
the machine.
The PARIO 5000 pulls the pallet into the machine and fixes
the pallet in place. Using a gripper, the machine separates the
trays, turns them if necessary, and places them on a cross
conveyor belt. Depending on the machine version, the trays
are loaded or unloaded at the handling station. The parts can
be fed in and out in dierent ways, e.g. via workpiece carriers,
conveyors or PUK systems. After the handling process, the tray
is transported to the pallet loading station and stacked back
onto a pallet. The pallet loaded with trays is then moved out of
the PARIO 5000 for further transportation.
Parallel to tray and parts handling, the pallets are also automa-
tically transported to the pallet loading station after the trays
have been destacked in the machine. There the pallets are
loaded with trays again.
