FlexTray
Feeding System
The FlexTray loader takes the automation of your
assembly line to a new level. It can be used for
either loading or unloading components from/into
trays. To do this, the FlexTray loader is equipped
with an internal gantry system and a transport
module.
The smart design of the FlexTray loader allows
different possibilities to insert stacks of trays on
the loader: manually, by a trolley or by an AGV. As a
result, it always meets your level of automation.
Ultimately, by adding extra buffer units, there is
more room for stacks of trays. This increases the
autonomy of the FlexTray loader, making it function
for a longer period of time.
