Description
ProActiv improves solder paste transfer efficiency, enabling next generation ultra-fine pitch components to be printed:
alongside standard components
using a standard printing process
with a single thickness stencil
Function
The squeegee blades are activated during the print stroke:
locally modifying the rheology of the solder paste increasing fluidity
increases the downward interaction at the blade type
This combination improves the packing density of particles into apertures and enhances the bond between solder paste
particles.
