I、Main structure and scope of application：
1．The lamp housing is made of high-quality aluminum magnesium alloy through
extrusion molding, and then processed by high-precision CNC lathe. The
external structure is firm, earthquake resistant, waterproof, and
dustproof.
2、The lamp is equipped with a 3.0 high-strength double twisted (multi strand)
steel wire safety rope, which is used to connect the lamp and the
installation bracket, providing an additional layer of safety protection.
3、Military grade optical imaging lens, composed of 6 K9 broadband yellow
green film high-definition lenses, 4K high-definition imaging, adjustable
imaging size and distance, with national invention patent (patent number:
ZL 2014 3 0368176.3).
4、Support non-standard customized extra large light spots, with a maximum
emission angle of up to 63 degrees. The pattern supports ladder correction,
with a maximum elevation angle of ± 75 degrees.
5、On the basis of fully considering the heat dissipation of the shell itself,
the lamp has added double copper tube thermal conductivity and strong air
cooling for heat dissipation, as well as multiple Peltier effect heat
dissipation modes, making heat dissipation more efficient, safe, and
reliable.
6、The light source of the lamp adopts imported ORSAM (Osram) LED chip light
source, with a 3-year light decay of ≤ 3% and a light source life of ≥
60000H.
7、The driving power supply adopts international brand constant current
digital power supply, with constant function output, adjustable output
current through infrared programming, automatic adaptation of output
voltage, multiple protection functions for short circuit, overvoltage, and
overheating, and adjustable output mode. The protection level is IP67.
8、The light fixture has a bright structure and is easy to install. It can
be widely used for municipal lighting, safety production guidance for
industrial and mining enterprises, and warning guidance for mobile lifting
sites such as gantry cranes, tower cranes, and aerial vehicles required for
airports, docks, and logistics transfer warehouses.

IV、Installation Instructions：
Attention: To ensure the safety of the device, please follow the operating
instructions and place it in a safe place.
1、Open the packaging and take out the light fixture, carefully read the
instructions and labeling content, turn on the power to confirm whether the
light fixture is working properly, and pay special attention to whether the
cooling fan is working properly. If there are foreign objects stuck, please
clean them up in a timely manner to ensure that the cooling fan operates
normally, otherwise it will affect the normal life of the light fixture!
2、Prepare the installation tools and follow the steps below to install and
debug correctly:：
2.1 Disconnect the power supply of the lighting fixtures to ensure personnel
safety.
2.2 Use 4 M4 expansion bolts (or ordinary bolts) on the installation surface
to fix the lamp on the installation surface, as shown in Figure 1
2.3 Connect the wire to the input line of the lighting fixture, turn on the
power switch and turn on the power (make sure the wiring of the lighting
fixture is correct and the ground wire is connected, the yellow and green
wires are the ground wire)。
2.4 Adjust the projection angle of the lamp to the angle you need, then
tighten the fixing screws and upper and lower locking screws to lock the
projection angle of the lamp. As shown in the following figure: Figure 2
shows loosening the screw, and Figure 3 shows fixing the angle
2.5 Pattern clarity adjustment: Loosen the waterproof pressure ring
counterclockwise by hand (as shown in Figure 4); First, unscrew the optical
adjustment lens counterclockwise (as shown in Figure 5). As the pattern
gradually changes from the initial blurry state (as shown in Figure 6) to
becoming increasingly clear (note: due to the high precision and long length
of the adjustment lens screw, the entire process may take 1-2 minutes), then
adjust the focal length by turning the adjustment lens counterclockwise or
clockwise to achieve the clearest state of the pattern logo (as shown in
Figure 7).
2.6 After adjusting the pattern logo to the ideal state, tighten the anti
water pressure in reverse by hand until compressed (as shown in Figure 8).
2.7 Check if all screws of the lamp are tightened and secure, if the
waterproof treatment of the wiring port is done well, if the safety rope
is hung properly, and if the entire lamp installation is completed.

V、Precautions：
1、After the lighting fixture is powered on, please ensure that the cooling
fan is working properly to avoid reducing the lifespan of the fixture.
2、If the projected pattern is not clear, please adjust the front lens of
the lamp to ensure that the pattern is in a clear state.
3 、 After adjusting the pattern clearly, please tighten the waterproof
pressure ring at the back of the front lens to meet the corresponding
waterproof requirements.
4、Due to the special nature of electrical appliances, non professionals
are not allowed to disassemble the lighting fixtures without authorization.
Do not apply them in poorly ventilated or dusty or smoky environments to
avoid overheating of the fixtures or decreased lens clarity.
5、Please do not modify, add or replace parts to the product on your own
to avoid reducing the lifespan and safety of the lighting fixtures.
6、This product is a focused optical lighting fixture. Please ensure that
there are at least 100MM ventilation openings around the product, and the
shortest distance between the fixture and the illuminated surface is 1 meter.
Under no circumstances should the fixture be covered by insulation pads or
similar materials, otherwise it may cause fires or malfunctions.
7、When there is an abnormality in the product, please immediately cut off
the power and have qualified personnel inspect and repair it to avoid fire,
falling, and injury.
VI、maintenance：
For safe and efficient use of this product, please regularly (preferably
every 6 months) clean and inspect it. Do not wipe with gasoline or thinner
to avoid discoloration or paint peeling of the lighting fixtures; Every 3-5
years, have professional personnel conduct an inspection and replace any
damaged or defective components.
warranty card
The user has a two-year warranty and lifetime maintenance during normal use
of this product, and human error, improper operation, and natural disasters
are not covered by the warranty. If the warranty period or scope is exceeded,
maintenance fees for the parts will be charged. When repairing, please send
the warranty card and certificate of conformity together with the equipment
to the manufacturer!
