High Flow Valve
Series 400HF Autovalve
The 400HF valve provides ow rates that are 15-30% greater than
the standard 400 valve conguration, without compromising accuracy
orconsistency. The large ¾" material inlet ports permit ow rates of
4-5 gallons per minute, depending on pump capability and material
viscosity.
Features
• Dispenses two-component adhesives and sealants
• Dispenses low- to high-viscosity urethanes, epoxies and silicones
• Can be mounted for beads or timed shots; optional handle is available
for handheld applications
• Provides an ON-OFF function. The metering of the adhesives in the
proper ratio of A:B is controlled by the metering pumps.
• Flow rates of 4-5 gallons/minute, depending on pump and material
viscosity
• Materials remain separate until they enter the mixer
• Available in aluminum or stainless steel congurations
• Manual, robotic or stationary operation

Repair Kit
Pistol Grip Handles
Nordson EFD offers electric or pneumatic handles for actuating
the air cylinder of the valve. If using an electric handle, a solenoid
from an outside vendor is required.

Metal Jackets
Metal Jackets are available for all mixers. EFD recommends
using it when the working pressure inside the mixer is greater
than 150 psi (10 bar).
