基板毎搭載点履歴ファイルが出力されない不具合がありました。
1.「Op003：自動段取り切り替え」を「基板ID段取り」以外で使用
2.基板ID出力形式が「標準」
3.基板毎搭載点部品履歴出力単位が「割り基板単位」またはファイル出力形式が
「CSV」のどちらかに設定されている

3.基板データ条件
1)トレイ部品（1パレット複数トレイ）

以下の条件を全て満たした場合、本来不要な「Ea25880：引継ぎファイル取得エラー」が
発生する不具合がありました。
1.「Op003：自動段取り切り替え」の引継段取り使用
2.引継段取りで基板切り替え後に運転停止
3.BA信号がONの状態で運転再開し、基板を搬入
修正しました。
