「Op005：部品ロットトレース」の基板毎搭載点履歴と「Op019：ランク管理」を併用して、
マシンを運転した場合、IT-SystemServerの負荷が過剰に増大する不具合がありまし
た。これにより、マシンにて以下の現象が発生する場合がありました。
1.画面を操作した場合に反応が遅い
2.自動運転中にもかかわらずスリープする
3.トレースデータが欠落する
修正しました。
