Loader Pin 4 connected to Upline pin 4. 送板机四号针接上线四号针
If the Loader don’t have Pin 3 & pin 4 Board Available. Please using copper
wire Short upline Pin3 & Pin4 .如果送板机没有三及四号针.请把上线三及四号
针用铜线短路
SMEMA Downline Connect to Mounter / Conveyor table下线接贴片机或过板枱
Loader Pin 1 connected to Downline pin 1(12V). 接贴片机或过板枱一号针接下
线一号针(二十四伏)
Loader Pin 2 connected to Downline pin 2(0V return) 接贴片机或过板枱二号针
接下线二号针(零伏)
Loader Pin 3 connected to Downline pin 3. 送板机三号针接上线三号针

27. M37 Power Supply & Distribution M37 电源分配箱
M37 Power supply (Input 110V-260VAC)输入是 110V ~ 260V
All the AC / DC power are coming from M37 power supply. 机器所有的电都從
那M37 电源分配箱给的
E-stop Contact, Toggle button Contact, PSU1 & PSU2 紧急按纽,左右按纽,PSU1
及 PSU2 都在M37 里面
At the rear side of the M37 have CB1-CB63 circuit breaker protect.在M37 后面
有保险丝 一按下就回复正常不会消掉
Output: 220VAC, 48V DC, 12V DC, 24V DC, 5V DC. 输出有 220 伏交流电、48
伏直流电,12 伏直流电,24 伏直流电,5 伏直流电
By using DEK power monitor can check the power supply status.用 DEK 电源验
查可以见到所有电源的状态
In Program file --> DEK power monitor (It has USB connection with the
Computer & M37 power supply box)有一条 USB 的线和 M37 及电脑连接
