1 Introduction

2 Outline
This function allows a change of the scanning procedure during a splicing on “Mounter
(OP002: Setup Verification)” and "Setup Navi".
You can change the following procedures on "System Config".
Machine
- Scanning procedures of “Process barcode label” (Scan possible/Scan necessary/Not
Use)
- Scanning procedures of old parts (Either/Both necessary/Only Old Parts/Only Feeder)
* Scanning procedures of new parts (scanned ID/scanning timing) aresameasbefore.
Scanning of “Process barcode label” (It is possible to change)

Setup Navi
- Scanning procedures of old parts (Either/Both necessary/Only Old Parts/Only Feeder)

3 Setting
3.1 Recommended setting
The initial value after the upgrade is the following. This is an existing procedure.

Recommended setting in each operation form is as follows.
- When reel ID (stick ID/bulk ID) is used

It is necessary to scan ID of old parts to specify the splicing ahead.
(Feeder ID scanning is unnecessary.)

3.2 Modification method of scan procedure
Make a setting with "System Config" on PC with YAMAHA IT-System installed.
1. Start "System Config" from [Start] - [Program] - [YAMAHA IT-System] - [System Config]
2. Click the [Change] button to make amodifiablestate.
3. Select [Inline Setup] from the [Setting Item] combo box.
