How to use ASM Drawing Album 如何利用ASM圖冊
ASM Drawing Album is used for customer to search the machine part number(s) and
let customer understand the machine structure and design. Moreover, customer can
make use of the electrical section for trouble shooting.
ASM 圖冊用於客戶查找機器部件編號，並讓客戶了解機器結構和設計。此外，
客戶也可以利用圖冊中的電路部分進行故障排除。

Genetic Chart
The genetic chart shows the whole machine module configuration and is represented
in tree structure.
原圖表(Genetic Chart)
原圖表是以完整的機器模組排列，它採用樹狀顯示結構。
Wiring Diagram
This is the whole machine electrical wiring block diagram. Customer can make use of it
to carry out trouble shooting and find the PCB, power supply and cable assembly part
number(s).
配線圖(Wiring Diagram)
配線圖是機器的完整電器配線方塊圖。客戶可用於進行故障排除並查找PCB, 電
源及電纜組件的 部件編號。
Pneumatic Diagram
This is the machine pneumatic system and customer can make use of it to carry out
trouble shooting and search the required pneumatic part number(s).
氣動圖(Pneumatic Diagram)
氣動圖顯示機器的氣動系統，客戶可用於進行故障排除並查找所需的氣動部件編
號。
Part List by Module
Part of the assemblies has no drawing while the module will be shown in a list format.
Customer can make use of the Part List by Module to find the required part number(s).
模組 (零件清單)
模組裝配部件若沒有圖紙會以模組裝配的零件清單表達，客戶可利用零件清單找
出所需的零部件編號。
Procedures to Find the Correct Part Number
1) Use the genetic chart to find the required assembly number.
2) Follow the assembly drawing number to find the corresponding module assembly
drawing.
3) Follow the module assembly drawing to find the module/part number.
找出正確的部件編號步驟
1) 利用原圖表找出所需組件。
2) 根據組件圖編號找出對應的模組裝配圖紙。
3) 根據模組裝配圖紙找出對應的零部件/零件編號。
The Special Product Memo List (SPM List) – Only applicable to machine
with Simple Customization
In a machine, some parts or modules may be specially designed according to
customer’s requirement such as application tools or parts or modules. Whenever
customer is going to order parts or modules, customer is advised to search the
Amendment List inside the SPM for the required Part List, then under the Part List to
locate the required part number(s).
Special Product Memo 清單 (此部分只適合有Simple Customization 之機器)
某些零件或模組(如應用工具，零件或模組)會因應客戶不同要求而有特別的設計。
如果客戶須要訂購某個部件或模組，建議客戶先檢查一下此項目是否為專用的 (即
有Simple Customization Items)，在SPM內的修正清單(Amendment list) 查找有關的
部件清單，再從部件清單中查找所需的部件編號。
Note: The Special Product Memorandum (SPM) is arranged on the top of
Drawing Album if applicable.
注: 如有Simple Customization 之機器，SPM 會放於圖冊之最前部分。
