Introduction– General
The feeders must be regularly checked and then cleaned and/or serviced when necessary. This can significantly reduce
unscheduled feeder downtime. The
S-Feeder Test Station
can be used to check the following:
▪ General functionality
▪ The position of the teeth in the respective toothed wheel (pickup position).
▪ The play of the toothed wheel in the and across the direction of feeding.
If the check finds that tolerance values have been exceeded, we recommend that you pass the feeder concerned on to your
repair department. The
