: Remove the plug connector of the component cart.

: Remove the screws on the side wall of the placement machine and remove the side wall

completely.

: Remove the plug connector for the component feeder table catch, and then remove the snap-

action switch and cable.

: Attach the new connector and feed the cable round the corner of the placement machine.

: Fix the mounting plate to the side wall using a screw and a washer.

Remember to pay special attention to left and right mounting when attaching the plate. 2

: Attach the mounting bracket with the Schmersal switch with two screws and washers.

Remember to ensure that the first two screws are screwed into the oval holes before you fix the

plate in place and tighten the screws. 2

: Mount the gas springs by fitting them into the appropriate mounting at each end and fix using

the securing clips.

: Close the catch of the component feeder table
