If you have several MTCs you can identify a MTC by
MTC_number. A MTC has 2 towers (1,2) and on every
tower there are several carrier modules. A carrier
module contains several tray carriers. Each tray carrier
can be identified by a level number. A tray carrier
consists of many divisions, wich can be identified by
the division number.
Filling_level is only valid with the Event
MTCfillLevelChanged.
In case of the Event MTCfillLevelChanged
carrier_modul will be -1.
