Cause and Remedy
The motor was not set in "InPosition" after the zeroing
operation was stopped and more than 1,800 ms elapsed.
97 Zeroing stop
Error
(Remedy 1) Decelerate the speeds of the zeroing and
creeping operations.
(Remedy 2) Make the zeroing constant longer.
(Remedy 3) Enlarge the "InPosition" range.
Confirm that it does not touch the machine
during the zeroing operation.
(1) When the zeroing operation of the scale origin signal
detection type was performed, the travel (distance) taken
to detect the scale origin signal exceeded the specified
origin search limit value after the limit switch detection
stop in the zeroing operation.
(2) When the zeroing operation in combination with the limit
switch was performed, the travel (distance) taken to
detect Encoder Phase Z exceeded the specified origin
search limit value after the limit switch detection stop in
the zeroing operation.
98 Zero pt search
limit err
(Remedy 1) Confirm that the sensor signal of the limit
switch is entered during the zeroing operation
(scale origin signal detection type).
Confirm that the scale origin signal of the linear
scale is entered.
(Remedy 2) Confirm that the sensor signal of limit switch is
entered during the zeroing operation (the zeroing
operation in combination with the limit switch).
(1) The upper limit switch (LSP) was turned OFF during the
movement in the + direction.
(2) The lower limit switch (LSN) was turned OFF during the
movement in the - direction.
A0 Limit switch
(Remedy) Move it in the reverse direction by the "JOG"

It reached the software limit. A2 Software limit
reached
(Remedy) Move it in the reverse direction by the "JOG"
operation until it stays in the range of the limit
switch.
An error was found in the upper and lower limits of the
parameter for the software limit.
A4 Software limit
parm err
(Remedy) Set the upper and lower limits of the software
limit correctly.
An error was found in the upper and lower limits of the
parameter for the position switch.
A5 Position switch
parm err
(Remedy) Set the upper and lower limits of the position
switch correctly.
The related axis is in the uncontrollable condition.
(1) The power to the servoamplifier was turned OFF.
(2) Servoamplifier being initialized
(3) Not a control axis
(4) Communication Error
(5) Servo Ready OFF
B0 Servo control fail
(Remedy 1) Turn on the power supply of the servoamplifier.
(Remedy 2) Wait until the initialization of the servoamplifier
is completed.
