: Guide the cover sheet behind the gantries.
: Push both gantries to the left as far as they will go.
: Roll up the sheet to the right beside the gantries, and clamp tightly to prevent it unrolling again.

: Now fit the large magnetic plate to the right of the middle plate and fit the small magnetic plate
on the far right as described for the other plates.
: Place the rolled-up cover sheet over all the magnetic plates.

: Remove all tools and equipment from the placement machine.
: Fit the magnetic plates on the other side of the placement machine in the same way.

1.5 Magnets with foil
The secondary part of a HS-50 consists of 4 parts: 1
– magnets with foil, 512 mm unit item no.: 00335627S02 3 pieces
– magnets with foil, 128 mm unit item no.:. 00333149S02 1 piece

The change of machines equipped with magnets with foil can be done the same way as described
in this manual, with these differences: 1
– The magnets touch each other at the side, there is no distance between each other.
Only note the distance of 1 mm under the magnets.
– No cover sheets and no supporting rails are mounted on the magnets.
