12.2 Everything you will need for maintenance
The following lists of materials contain all the tools, equipment and consumables you will need to
maintain your automatic placement system.
Never use solvents for cleaning - only use ethyl alcohol.
Apply all lubricants sparingly and at the specified points.
12.2.1 Tools and equipment

12.3 Points to note when carrying out maintenance
work
The maintenance intervals stated for inspecting and replacing filter elements apply only to the
specified compressed air quality (see compressed air specification). If the quality is different, the
maintenance intervals should be reduced accordingly.
CAUTION
NEVER use compressed air to clean assemblies inside the placement system.
Once you have carried out the maintenance work, enter it in the maintenance schedule. We rec-
ommend that you carry out the work in the order specified in the maintenance schedule.
