MTC2 with 35 mm tray height
2.1 Working principle
The modification of the MTC 2 enables to feed trays to the placment system with a total height
(tray + component) up to 35 mm. 2
According to the total height the trays above have to be removed to provide the space. 2

2.5 Restrictions
The maximum tray height inclusive component and all tolerances is restricted to 35 mm for
tower 1.
The minimum tray height inclusive component is 2 mm for usage with standard nozzles for both
towers.
The cycle-time extends according to the longer Z axis way.
The performance calculation in SIPLACE Pro can differ from the real performance.
The MTC2 has to be aligned very exactly to avoid HEAD CRASH!
The current valid guidelines for the MTC 2 are still to be considered.
The components must lie correctly in the tray, otherwise there is a risk of HEAD CRASH.
2
The bubble level has to be exactly in the middle, otherwise there is DANGER of HEAD CRASH!2
