誤実装
以下の条件を全て満たした場合、自動運転再開時に誤った角度で搭載する不具合が
ありました。
1.部品吸着前のヘッドの角度が、吸着角度と異なる
2.部品吸着時に、「Ea7976：テープカッター閉動作タイムアウトエラー」が発生
※V3.31R0.030以降で発生します。
修正しました。
