注油器、Grease : AFE-CA、扳手(M3, M4)、产业用纸质擦拭器、2.0mm厚的铁板
措施
Step 1. 参考详见"4. Front X-Frame 前面移动" (第1-3页) 和 ""Rear
X Frame 后面移动" (第1-8页)把各X Frame向两端进行移动。
Step 2. 按OP面板的'EMG'按钮停止作业后、依次按'STOP','RESET'按钮。

注 意
为了避免润滑油从LM Guide Block泄漏到LM Guide，必须按照指定
方法注入润滑油。
必需对X轴与Y轴的LM Guide Block一起注入润滑油，然后试运转10
分钟。
注 意
设备的运行条件严酷时、请随时注意注油状态后进行注油。
如果组装错误、则Shaft L件没有安置在下部而使得Spindle Top件低于
其它轴杆、将在驱动时发生吸附贴装错误、无法运行ANC等问题否则会
导致设备性能下降并缩短设备寿命。
Step 5. 为了让Grease均匀地分布在LM Guide而试运转10分钟
