Step 3. 按下操作面板的"EMG"按键停止作业后、依次按下"STOP"
、"RESET"。
详见"3. 紧急停止"(1-5页)
Step 4. 用超细纤维布清除LM Guide Rail的 灰 尘 等 杂 质 后 、用 刷 子 在 LM
Guide Rail涂抹润滑脂(Grease)。
Step 5. 用超细纤维布清除Lead Screw的灰 尘等杂质。

Step 6. 用刷子在Lead Screw涂抹润滑脂。 Step 7. 使用润滑脂注油器通过部的LM Guide Block的Nipple注入润滑
脂。
注 意
设备的运行条件严酷时、请随时注意注油状态后进行注油。
使用指定的注油器按照指定方法注入指定润滑脂。
不得使用其它方法注油。
