1. Introduction

2. Summary
Matrix Plate which is the hardware special function has been supported.
Matrix Plate (Fig 3.1) is the pushup plate which has the hole to set the backup pin (exclusive use).
Because the backup pin is set in that hole, the backup pin can be set up accurately.
