Page 25, 27 (6 Cyclone Cleaner Height Checking)
Manually load stencil / screen upside down.
Push the stencil / screen until the front edge of the stencil aligns with
the far edge of the cyclone head, as shown in Page 25.
From the rear of the machine, while one person triggering the cyclone
solenoid to lift the cyclone (Page 27), measure the gap between the
underneath the stencil and the chase stencil support plate as shown in
Page 29.
If the gap is not equal to 1.5mm +/- 0.2mm, escalate to an engineer.
Page 31 (7 Cyclone Cleaner Lift Cylinders Check)
From the rear of the machine, while one person triggering the cyclone
solenoid, observe the movement of the cyclone to ensure the left and
right side of the cyclone lift and lower simultaneously.
Page 33 (8 Blue Under Screen Cleaner (USC) Height Checking)
Using stencil/screen position the front edge of the screen over the USC
wipers.
Using the feeler gauges ensure that the gap between squeegee wipers
and the screen frame is 3.25mm+/-0.25mm.
If not, escalate to an engineer.

Page 35, 37, 39, 41 (9 Cyclone Cleaner Paper Feed Grub Screws)
If paper feed mechanism can be rotated manually (Page 35), this shows
that the paper feed mechanism grub screws are loose (Page 37).
To tighten two grub screws, undo 2 cap head screws as shown in Page
39.
Slide the paper feed mechanism to the left as shown on the graphic in
Page 39.
Rotate the paper feed mechanism by using the Prime Paper button to
align the access hole with the first grub screw, as shown in Page 41.
Tighten the first grub screw using an Allen key.
Rotate the paper feed mechanism by using the Prime Paper button to
align the access hole with the second grub screw.
Slide back the paper feed mechanism and secure it with the two screws
previously removed.

Page 43 (10 Vacuum Check)
Check for sufficient vacuum. Ensure that there is no leakage on all the
vacuum hoses and the connection points are sealed.
Page 45, 47 (11 Carbon Filter and Pre-Filter Unit )
Filter unit requires regular maintenance for the unit to function
effectively. A strong smell of solvent during the vacuum usage is one of
the signs that filter requires replacement.
