3 Function Details
This function winds the gauze before each operation, and checks if the gauze is tightened
properly or slack. (Refer to “3.1 Timing of gauze slack check”)
If the gauze is slack, it is wound up to the number of times set in [Gauze Slack Check Times].
(Refer to “4. Setting”). If the gauze is still slack, “CLEANER GAUZE SLACK ERROR” occurs.
In that case, execute the following operation.
If the gauze is torn off, replace it.
If the gauze is slack, wind it up.
If no gauze is attached, you can continue the operation.
NOTE) If the board data which the wet cleaning or the dry cleaning are not executed,
Gauze Slack Check is not performed.
3.1 Timing of gauze slack check
Gauze slack check is performed at the following timing.
Check Timing Error No.
Before return-to-origin 8423
Before warming-up 8423
Before starting auto-running from the reset state 8423
Before resetting auto-running 8423
Before re-starting auto-running after no-gauze error 8423
Before power-off 8423
When auto-cleaning of Utility is completed 8422
In the situation of Ea8423, there is a choice whether not to continue the process because of
the gauze may not be attached.
In the situation of Ea8422, the operation is terminated halfway and processing is finished as
it is.
