TS1201 Dispense Pen
The TS1201 Dispensing Pen uses a disposable moulded tube
assembly. Designedto handle awide varietyof uids– from
adhesives and lubricants to sealants and masks. Gravity or
pressure fed, the pen has a built-in shot and flow rate for re-
peatability. Includes pre-assembled applicator pen, two clear
and two black spare pinch tube assemblies, an assortment of
disposable dispensing tips and a 24” (0.61m) hose. Replace-
ment pinch tube assemblies sold in packs of 10.
TS1212 Pneumatic Pinch Tube Valve
Provides control for continuous or micro shot applications of
low to semi-viscous fluids. The “ON/OFF” control is achieved
by automatically opening and closing (pinching) a moulded
polyethylene tube assembly. Adjusting the opening size of the
pinch tube assembly determines the shot size or flow rate. In
addition, the air actuated valve can be timed to develop de-
sired shot sizes. Finally, a wide range of dispensing tips can
be used to further refine the amount of dispensed output. The
only part of the valve making contact with the fluid being dis-
pensed is the disposable pinch tube assembly. Replacement
pinch tube assemblies are sold in packages of 10.

Spray Valves
The Spray Valves are designed for precise spray applications of
low viscosity materials. Total control of the spray cycle is provided
by adjustable fluid flow and precise control of pre-spray, atomizing
air and post-spray with the TS560R Valve Controller. Normal main-
tenance is simple and downtime is virtually eliminated with only
one seal to replace.
The TS5540 Spray Valves come with FDA-Compliant 303 stainless
steel construction in both air cylinder and fluid housing. A field re-
placeable Delrin® seat provides positive shut-off and extends life
cycles. The compact design and easy-mount threaded hole allow
for easy integration into automated applications.

Smart Valve Controllers
We are pleased to introduce our new series of smart valve con-
trollers: the TS550R, TS560R, TS570R and TS580R that will
control our complete line of precision valves. Equipped with
a universal power supply, the new smart valve controllers are
fully “plug-and-play” and can be used immediately anywhere
in the world.
All of our smart valve controllers feature an intuitive touch-
screen interface for easy setup and operation. Dispensing
parameters can be precisely configured directly on the touch
screen or remotely through the networking options.
First in their class, the smart valve controllers are equipped
with Ethernet and WiFi interfaces to allow users to configure
the exact parameters and monitor and control the process
from anywhere in the world. This feature complies with Smart
Factory requirements on Industry 4.0.
Additional advance features include digital timer to provide
accurate and repeatable spray time, and a digital pressure reg-
ulator with dual-unit display to allow precise pressure control.
The friendly user interface provides an option to program up to
50 varied, sequenced or individual shots. These systems have
a user programmable “purge,” “timed” dispense cycle settings
and a "teach mode" for determining the dispensing time.
Integration into semi-automatic and automatic machinery is
made easy with the I/O interface connector that can be used to
initiate and stop the dispense cycle with feedback to the host
machine for the next cycle. A low-pressure warning feature is
also included to help maintain uninterrupted dispensing.
