RIO 4000 system platform has been revised and
adapted to the latest requirements from technolo-
gy and Industry 4.0.
One feature of SERIO 4000 is its dynamic scalabi-

either directly during the initial conguration or

The software makes the difference
SIMPLEX is our excellent human-machine inter-
face concept. It enables fast, simple and controlla-
ble operation of the printing systems. Control the
interface intuitively with gestures. Using a touch
screen, the respective function can be tapped and
executed directly. Thanks to SIMPLEX, the user
is guided through operation in an optimized and
ergonomic way. This reduces training times and
minimizes operating sequences considerably.
The systems can be networked in a variety of
ways. In combination with PULSE PRO, compre-
hensive tools are available for evaluating data,
operating or programming individual modules of
the systems.
Particularly noteworthy is the live view of the sub-
strate, which visually supports the operator during
automatic operation or while creating a program.

SIMPLEX ist unser ausgezeichnetes Mensch-
Maschinen-Bedienkonzept. Es ermöglicht eine
schnelle, einfache und kontrollierbare Bedienung
der Drucksysteme. Steuern Sie die Oberfläche
intuitiv mit Gesten. Anhand eines Touchscreens
kann die jeweilige Funktion direkt angetippt
und ausgeführt werden. Der Nutzer wird dank
SIMPLEX optmiert und ergonomisch durch die
Bedienung geführt. Dies reduziert Schulungs-
zeiten und minimiert Bedienabläufe erheblich.
Die Anlagen können vielfältig vernetzt werden. In
Kombination mit PULSE PRO sind umfangreiche
Tools verfügbar, um Daten auszuwerten, einzelne
Module der Anlage zu bedienen oder zu program-
mieren.
Besonders hervorzuheben ist die Live-Ansicht
des Substrates, welche den Bediener während
des Automatikbetriebes oder während er ein Pro-
gramm erstellt, visuell unterstützt.
