4. Settings
To enable “Pallet Number Automatic Decision” function, please set [Set optimization
parameters] - [Basic Condition] - [Exec Option] - [Decide pallet number automatically] to ”
checked state” (cf. figure 4.1).
The initial value is “unchecked state”.

In the tray parts that “No” is set on [Parts] – [Option] – [Use Feeder Optimize] of board data,
“Pallet Number Automatic Decision” is not executed.
When you want to use an appropriate “Pallet Number Automatic Decision” for each parts,
please use this setting.

5. Items that are changed by optimization
When this function was executed, the items of the following red frame are changed after
optimization.

Either “Auto TC” or “Ext.TC“ is set.
(When there are “Auto TC” and “Ext.TC“ in the line, a tray changer is set automatically by
optimization.)

The start number of the pallet of the tray parts is set.

The end number of the pallet of the tray parts is set.

[Pallet No. Current] becomes same as a value of [Parts] – [Tray] – [Pallet No. Start].

・Pallet Pitch Z
[Pallet Pitch Z] is judged from “[Parts] – [Shape] – [Body Size Z (mm)] and [Parts] – [Tray] –
[Tray Height (mm)] of the board data” and “[Machine Data] – [Tray Changer] – [Position] –
[Pallet Pitch (mm)] of the machine property”. Any of “Normal” or “Double Pitch” or “Triple
Pitch” is set automatically.
