► At location 2.1, remove the existing magazine holder {03103612-xx], and nozzle magazines
[03103613-xx] and/or [03109863-xx] originally at location 2.1.
► Keep "shim cover nozzle station" [03108393-xx], and "shim nozzle station" [03108395-xx] on
the machine as shown above.
► Assemble "tray assembly" [03129046-xx], into position as shown above and secure with four
M5x16 cap screws.
► At location 2.2, fix "mounting block left 2B" [03112942-xx], onto [03113123-xx] and secure us-
ing one M4x16 cap screw as shown above.

► Fix the "mounting extension right complete" [03112585-xx] as shown above and secure using
two M5x20 cap screws.
► Fix "mounting block right 2B FLEX" [03112578-xx] onto [03112585-xx] and secure using one
M4x16 cap screw.

► Fix "shim cover nozzle station" [03108393-xx], and "shim nozzle station" [03108395‑xx] onto
the "mounting block left 2B" [03112942‑xx], and "mounting block right 2B
FLEX" [03112578‑xx].
► Check gap with the "height measuring block" [03118537-xx]. (The pictures above are a refer-
ence on how the gauge is used to measure the required height).
► Use the feeler gauge to measure the gap and determine the number of
"ShimsNC" [03108395‑xx] to be used.
► Once complete, fasten with a M3x8 countersunk screw.
► Reassemble the initial "Magazine holder" [03103612-xx] previously removed from location 2.1
with four M5x20 cap screws onto this new location 2.2.
