3. Specification
3.1
The Recognition Order Decision of Fiducial Marks
The fiducial marks which are the target of Fiducial All Recognition are followings. Point Fiducial
is not the target of Fiducial All Recognition.
Board Fiducial
Block Fiducial
2Point Local Fiducial
4Point Local Fiducial
In above, only 2Point Local Fiducial can be recognized efficiently by automatic determination
of the recognition order. The order is determined when the board data is loaded, and it is not
saved in the board data.
The order of 2Point Local Fiducial is determined as followings.
The mark which is recognized at 1
st
is the mark
which is in front of the left hand In view of in front of the machine.
The mark which is recognized at 2
nd
is the mark
which needs the shortest time to move from 1
st
fiducial mark.
…
The mark which is recognized at (N)
th
is the mark
which needs the shortest time to move from (N – 1)
th
fiducial mark.
In the case of the machine layout which has 2 fiducial cameras in 1 head and can use Base
MACS, the both fiducial cameras can be used for recognition of fiducial marks. In that case, the
axis move time with each fiducial camera is estimated individually, and the mark which needs
shortest time is determined as the next mark.

3.2
The function of All Fiducial Recognition and Precede Pick
It became possible to execute both of All Fiducial Recognition function and Precede Pick
function.
As shown in Fig3.1, when the settings of the functions were both effective, only Precede Pick
action was executed before improvement. But it became able to depend on the setting of
Precede Pick in board data, It became possible to decide whether Precede Pick should be
executed or not before Fiducial All Recognition. The setting is shown in 4.Setting.

When both of Fiducial All Recognition and Precede Pick are both used, there is possibility of
disadvantage in mount accuracy or parts fall, because the head which has picked parts moves
above the board during the action of Fiducial All Recognition. Therefore to use them jointly,
please confirm sufficientｌｙ
ｌｙｌｙ
ｌｙ that the states of picking the parts for Precede Pick are steady
to the XY movement of the head.
Specification of Precede Pick can be selected in board information for each board data. Please
be care that the default setting of Precede Pick is “Use” when board data is newly made.

4. Specification
4.1
Specification
Specification to work Fiducial All Recognition Function is In [Specification Information] –
[Machine Data] – [Mechanical] – [Position] (Fig4.1).
Please select “Use (Precede Pick Priority Use)” for the workings of Fig3.1 Left. Please select
“Use (Precede Pick Parallel Use)” for Fig3.1 Right. The former corresponds to "Use" before
improvement, and the latter is added newly and is recommended specification. In case of version
down to the version which does not support this efficiency improvement of Fiducial All
Recognition function is done, it is necessary to select "Not Use" or "Use" again.

5 Limitations
Fiducial All Recognition has disadvantage in mount accuracy to some degree in
comparison with that fiducial recognition is executed just before mount.
As shown in above-mentioned 3.2, it is necessary to care when Fiducial All
Recognition and Precede Pick are both used.
Using of the following special function and this function jointly is not supported in V3.23STD
R1.000. When this function is used with them, Fiducial All Recognition works in former
recognition order.
