1. Scope
This function makes it possible to recognize the molds and electrodes (only
the arbitrary registered electrodes) of the WLCSP components (BGA type),
detect if the registered electrodes exist or not, and position the components
according to the registered electrodes.
To validate this function, it is required to use the "BGA/CSP"
application (Special Specifications: C-S321-**).

3. Recognition Condition
To validate this function, it is required to set the component library data as
follows.
(1) Component shape: Area Array
(2) Shape Data - Electrical Contact Data
All electrodes or arbitrary electrodes must be registered.
Note: At least three electrodes must be registered.
(3) Recognition Data - Recognition data set
"Manual" must be selected in this text box to set up the parameters
described in (4) and the subsequent items.
(4) Recognition Data - Back/Front ltg algo
"Auto" or "Grid Pattern" must be selected.
(5) Recognition Data - View Range Set
"Auto Selection" or "Small View" must be selected.
(6) Recognition Data - Recognition level
"80" must be set.
4. Functional Restriction
When the component library data that meets the recognition condition in "3."
is used, the following function becomes invalid.
