Overview

Our newest developed HT-7080B logic IC test handler

is a tray pick-and-place type IC test handler and is

capable of 1/2/4 sites testing. It adopt Windows XP as

the operating system, providing a good stability.

We adopt the software, hardware and friendly

interfaces to meet the requirements of each of the

different customers. Besides, its operation, software

interface and test kit are all compatible with machines

of other handler.

All of these features help the IC testing industry in

world to win the long-term competitive edges and cost-

down.

The HT7080B also offers various advanced unique

features such as RTC, 2D code scanning, ART, ACC,

ESD closed-loop and so on to ensure every IC gets fully
