Å Prüfen Sie, ob sich der Gurtrollenhalter in alle Positionen der Adapterplatte stecken läßt.
Dabei muß der Haken (Abb. 6 - 1, 1) jeweils in die Sperrfeder (Abb. 5 - 1, 6) einrasten.

HINWEIS
Gurtrollenhalter sind nicht im Lieferumfang der Adapterplatte enthalten, sondern im benötigten
Umfang separat zu bestellen.
Beachten Sie, daß auf einem Gurtrollenhalter zwei Gurtrollen Platz finden und daher nur für jeden
zweiten 3X8 mm Förderer ein Gurtrollenhalter benötigt wird.

These retrofit instructions describe the retrofit procedure for the adapter plate of the third tape reel.

The tape containers of the SIPLACE family are designed for a maximum of 2 tapes per location.
The tape feeder module 3x8 mm S, however, processes 3 tapes in one location. This third tape
can be prepared by means of the tape reel holder of the tape feeder module 3x8 mm. It is neces-
sary to retrofit an adapter plate on the changeover table in order to mount the tape reel holder:

tables.
%XONFDVHDLUVXSSO\: It will be necessary to reposition the pressure regulator if a bulk-case air
supply facility with a pressure regulator is located on the component table above the tape contai-
ner. You will require a longer controller and cable bracket.

This retrofit must be carried out by SIEMENS engineers.

machine.
