前言
1-1 概要
RS-1,是下一代灵活·模块式贴片机生产线的核心,继承了以往构筑的模块化概念的灵活性能,安全
性、可靠性、维护性、经济性进一步提高的多连式工作头(Head)型通用贴片机。
由于采用了并联 8 吸嘴贴装头并且带有新开发的上下一体驱动功能,故可适用于 1 贴装头的解决方案,
从 0.3×0.15mm、0.2×0.1mm 的极小元件到 50×150mm 的大型元件均可不更换贴装头就进行贴片。
因兼用 RF 供料器,在最优条件下实现了 42,000CPH 的贴装节拍,同时标准配备大功率旋转电机,可以
贴装慣性矩较大的 50mm×150mm 尺寸元件。
并且,由于上述新开发的 8 吸嘴贴装头之移动行程覆盖到贴装区域 650mm,一个钳位与 650mm×370mm,
两次钳位与 950mm×370mm,它可以搭载高达 1200mm×370mm 通过组合传输扩展在基板上
再有,通过本机与生产系统
提高车间生产性支持系统的组合,可以以车间(=生产现场)为单位对贴片机
上与生产相关的各种业务和信息进行综合管理和优化,提高生产率和产品质量,通过效率化帮助降低成
本。
