Recommendation
We recommend that you have an additional holding circuit available, so that this can be easily
replaced during head maintenance.
Remove the sealing ring (1) and the sealing disk (2)
and clean them with a lint-free cleaning cloth. Check
the sealing ring and the sealing disk for damage and
replace them if necessary (set of seals for holding cir-
cuit/CPP [03095007-xx]).
Clean the holding circuit with a lint-free cleaning
cloth.
You can also use an anti-static plastic cleaner for bet-
ter cleaning results.

Fill ultrasound bath with a solution of 5 % cleaning medium Alsar 25 NKF and 95 % tap water. The
holding circuit must be completely covered by the fluid.
Set the ultrasound bath to 50° C.
Leave the holding circuit in the ultrasound bath for 30 min.
Take the holding circuit out of the ultrasound bath.
Blow through the holding circuit with compressed air.
Keep a distance of at least 1 cm to the holding circuit.
Make sure that the fluid is removed completely from the venturi nozzles.
Start with the outer holes.
Take care of the index pin.
Place the holding circuit into the ultrasound bath.
CAUTION!
If you are cleaning multiple holding circuits at the same
time, make sure that these do not touch one another in
the ultrasound bath.
CAUTION!
Neither put the screwed joint and the cover nor the seal-
ing ring and the sealing disk of the holding circuit into the
ultrasound bath.
CAUTION
Different cleaning liquids
DO NOT ever use the cleaning fluid which is used for the nozzles!
Rinse the holding circuit with distilled water.
To do this, fill the orange combitip with distilled water
and rinse each of the venturi nozzles from both sides.
