2. Wird der neue Pipettenwechsler als Ersatzteil bei Maschinen mit der SW ≤ 706.xx eingesetzt,
muss hier der Jumper auf Pin 1 und Pin 2 umgesteckt werden.
Die richtige Codierung des Jumpers muss aufgrund der Zugänglichkeit vor dem Einbau des Pipetten
Wechslers erfolgen.

4. Zusatzinformationen
4.1 Aufkleber Pipettenwechsler
4.2 Ab Frühjahr 2014 werden nur noch die neuen Pipettenwechsler verbaut.
Die alten Pipettenwechslergrundmodule (03062463-xx und 03070123-xx) werden weiterhin mit der
Stationssoftware ≥ 707.xx funktionieren, allerdings nicht im Zusammenhang mit den C&P20 P Kopf.

1. Problem
Jumper settings must be made on the new nozzle changer. This affects the following nozzle changers
- Nozzle changer basis assembly short CP/all 03103649-xx
- Nozzle changer basis assembly long CP/all 03103514-xx
These are used in conjunction with the following sales numbers:

2. Cause
Further developments and improvements to the C&P20 head in the form of the C&P20 P head made it
necessary to rework the control board of the nozzle changer. Additional jumper settings need to be made to
ensure that the nozzle changer remains compatible with older software versions.
3. Long-term solution
The two new nozzle changer variants will replace the earlier basic nozzle changer modules (03062463-xx
and 03070123-xx) since they are backward compatible provided that the jumpers are set correctly.

On delivery, pins 2 and 3 are jumpered by default. This means that the nozzle changer is ready for use with
all CPx heads with a version of the station software ≥ 707.xx and the activation is via X FCU.
Attention:
1. If the new nozzle changer is used as a replacement on machines there the nozzle changer will
be activated via I/O module pins 1 and 2 must be jumpered instead.
