Preparation for Cleaning and Oiling
•
Rag (Extra Cloth)
Use a rag made of such material (cotton, etc.) that produces as less waste thread
as possible.
A clean rag must be used depending on a spot to be cleaned.
Notice
The remaining waste thread if any will cause the machine to break
down.
•
Alcohol
Do not use alcohol on unspecied locations.
•
Air Gun
Do not use the air gun for any spots other than the specied ones.
If dirt and dust are dispersed, moving mechanisms, causing the tape feeder to
break down.
•
Vacuum Cleaner
If the suction hole of the vacuum cleaner is changed to a smaller one, some
spots can be cleaned more easily.
•
Cotton Applicator (SIGMA-G5/G5S/F8 Main Machine Line Accessory)
It is used for removing dirt stuck onto the sensor section.
•
Greasing Jig (SIGMA-G5/G5S/F8 Main Machine Line Accessory)
Grease is applied using this syringe type jig.
(When grease for one division on the gauge is injected, grease of 0.1 ml is
applied).

Greasing Jig Nozzle (SIGMA-G5/G5S/F8 Main Machine Line Accessory)
