4.3. Confirmation message

"Ea25171 Start setup cancellation" message is displayed when click the [All Setup Cancel]

button.

Setup cancellation is carried out when the [OK] button is clicked.

[OK] button: All setup completion parts on the machine become the incomplete setup

[Cancel] button: Processing is canceled.

When carrying out setup cancellation, "Ea25021 Setup cancellation start" log is output to [MIS]

- [Error log] window.

4.4. Setup cancellation complete

All complete setup parts on the machine become in the incomplete setup state.

When board data is read, "Verify Request" instructions are displayed.

*In the case of tray parts, "Tray Verify Request" instructions are displayed.

4.5. Error message

When there are parts that failed in setup cancellation, "Ea25172 Failed to setup cancellation"

error message is displayed.

"Ea25021 Setup cancellation failed" log of all parts that failed in setup cancellation is output to

[MIS] - [Error log] window.
