7-1-2. Optional Peripheral Software

This is a suite of software applications that provide various functions to support the operation of the

RV-2-3DH.

By connecting the TOPSS server with the devices and the terminal with the applicable function via a network,

the entire

RV-2-3DH operations within the factory can be managed together.

 Remote judgment

This function enables the operator to identify the parts that are judged by RV-2-3DH and determined as

NG on any terminal other than the machine.

Remove judgment can be performed in the following two modes that share the same judgment screen and

operability.

• CCC mode

Multiple RV-2-3DH units can be connected to a single terminal to perform judgment.

This function enables the operator to identify the parts that are judged by RV-2-3DH and determined

as NG on any terminal other than the machine.

A single RV-2-3DH unit and a single terminal can be connected to perform judgment for each board.

 Repair station

This supports the offline repair based on the information of the board that was determined as NG by

RV-2-3DH or in remote judgment.

Note also that all repair histories are stored on the server.

 SPC (statistics management)

By statistically analyzing a large amount of inspection data from the inspections performed by RV-2-3DH

and managing the data trend, such as offsets, quality troubles can be prevented.

You can also use this as a tool to improve the process based on the statistically analyzed result.

 Offline editor

You can use the image data loaded by the inspection machine to generate and repair the inspection data

offline.

The editor is an application created by modifying the source software to accommodate the use offline, and

thus, can be used in the same way.

 Quality Traceability

The quality traceability function offers the ability to search for images, including images of qualified parts,

check the quality conditions (tracing), and check the status of unqualified boards in the case of

non-detection.
