SPC (statistics management)
By statistically analyzing a large amount of inspection data from the inspections performed by RV-2-3DH
and managing the data trend, such as offsets, quality troubles can be prevented.
You can also use this as a tool to improve the process based on the statistically analyzed result.
Offline editor
You can use the image data loaded by the inspection machine to generate and repair the inspection data
offline.
The editor is an application created by modifying the source software to accommodate the use offline, and
thus, can be used in the same way.
Quality Traceability
The quality traceability function offers the ability to search for images, including images of qualified parts,
check the quality conditions (tracing), and check the status of unqualified boards in the case of
non-detection.

7-1-3. Optional Server Software
Among the software programs that provide the various functions to support the operation of RV-2-3DH, these
options are offered to operate on the TOPSS server.
Data server
All information required for the RV-2-3DH and the TOPSS terminals is stored on the server.
The inspection result of each process can be consolidated and displayed simultaneously based on the
board code search.
Data share
This provides a function that can be used by sharing the inspection programs on multiple RV-2-3DH units.

UV light
An image capturing function using the UV light is prepared.
Portions where the coating agent is not applied can be detected and coating agent scattering in application
prohibition area can be inspected.
Board backup unit
This is used to correct a large amount of warping on a board, such as a large-size board.
The backup unit is moved up and down via the air motor (drive), and an anti-static sponge is used for the
backup pins.
